What is mind-body medicine?

Mind-body medicine uses the principle that our mind and body are connected. It is on this premise that the belief in the power of thoughts and emotions influencing physical health is founded. Holistic therapy seeks to heal an individual by taking into account the whole person – body, mind, emotions and spirit.

Benefits of mind-body medicine
  • Fast relief for pain
  • Improvement of all aspects of health using a holistic approach
